ARE THESE PRODUCTS MADE? We design and make all the Celtic products ourselves in our workshop in the North of Scotland. The Photographs are taken and printed by us. All Celtic items copyright to Andrew McGavin Designs, all photographs copyright to Jaycee Design. YOU SAY YOU MAKE THE CELTIC ITEMS, BUT I HAVE SEEN THEM IN SHOPS AND ON OTHER WEBSITES We sell our Celtic Products to several shops under the name ANDREW McGAVIN DESIGNS, for a list of some of our stockists please click here. HOW DO I BUY A PRODUCT? Simple : Browse through the site When you would like to buy an item, simply click the red "Buy Now" button below the item. This will put the item of your choice into the shopping cart, select the area you live in, and click recalculate to add the shipping. You can then either continue shopping or proceed to checkout, where you will be connected to a secure payment page (Paypal). WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment. If you do not have a credit or debit card, simply register with Paypal, set up an account, and the money can easily be transferred. Signing up for a PayPal account is free and there's no charge to send money. IS MY PAYMENT SECURE? Yes. We use Paypal which uses SSL technology to keep your details safe. In addition, when you make a payment using PayPal, we won't receive any of your sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number, this way you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know. DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT? No. We are a small company, and don't have to charge VAT, the only extra charge is for post and packing. HOW MUCH IS POST PACKAGING? Post and packing is added automatically on the shopping cart page in the following area bands - UK (Royal Mail) - We charge a variable post charge calculated from the weight of your goods. Goods sent either First Class or as a Standard Parcel. - Europe (Royal Mail) - We charge a variable post charge calculated from the weght of your goods. Goods sent airmail as a Small Packet (up to 2kg) then at a flat rate of £30 as a Parcelforce Worldwide Standard Parcel - USA & Canada (Royal Mail) - We charge a variable post charge calculated from the weght of your goods. Goods sent airmail as a Small Packet (up to 2kg) then at a flat rate of £45 as a Parcelforce Worldwide Standard Parcel - ALL OTHER COUNTRIES (Royal Mail) - We charge a variable post charge calculated from the weght of your goods. Goods sent airmail as a Small Packet (up to 2kg) then at a flat rate of £60 as a Parcelforce Worldwide Standard Parcel HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT TILL I HAVE MY ORDER? Because we make everything ourselves (and there are only the two of us!) we quote 3 weeks from ordering to dispatch, although it can be sooner. We will email you when your order is sent out. WHAT ABOUT BREAKAGES OR DAMAGED ITEMS? We sell giftware, so unfortunately the odd piece can get broken in transit. If this happens please email us. Any breakages or shortages on delivery must be reported to us within 3 working days of taking delivery of your order. Damaged or faulty goods will be either refunded or exchanged, which ever you prefer, and your postage refunded. REFUNDS If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you have bought from us, or simply don't like them, you can return them to us in their original condition for replacement or a full refund up to seven days after receiving them.
